Philip is a co-founding partner of Infranode and the CIO of the business. He co-heads and is involved in all aspects of Infranode’s activities, from fundraising, to deal origination, execution and asset management. He is chairman of the board of Infranode and holds various board positions in the Infranode portfolio companies.

He oversees origination and business development and is a voting member of the Investment Committee. He has 12 years of infrastructure sector experience in the Nordics and a total of 17 years of experience in investments, M&A, business development and corporate law.

Before to launching Infranode, Philip was senior advisor to the Swedish Export Credit Corporation (SEK) Advisory Services, where he evaluated the setup of an export dedicated infrastructure fund, the Swedish Export and Infrastructure Fund. Prior to this, Philip was head of investments and project development at Nordic Airport Properties, one of the rare public-private partnerships for development and financing of transport infrastructure in Sweden.

Philip was also founding partner and CEO of a small niche management consulting firm that offered M&A related services. In 2002 Philip started his professional career as associate in the M&A and banking & finance teams at Mannheimer Swartling (MSA), a leading law firm in Sweden.

Philip graduated with joint Law (L.LM) and Business degrees (BSc) from Stockholm University in 2002, including scholarship studies at NYU Stern School of Business, NYU School of Law and Bond University in Australia.

Oskar Backman has spent over 20 years in the financial industry, with a focus on real assets. In 2019 Oskar left AP1 to build up the investment activities of the newly established Polhem Infra in Stockholm, a dedicated infrastructure investment company owned by AP1, AP3 and AP4. Backman has participated throughout his career in international transactions ranging from multiple real estate strategies, tax-based leasing, project finance, public procurements, private placements (of bonds) and M&A.

Serkan Bahçeci is a Partner and Head of Research at Arjun Infrastructure Partners (AIP). He is an economist with an established track record in infrastructure investments research. Before joining AIP, Serkan was the Head of Infrastructure Research at J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Infrastructure Investment Group between 2007 and 2018, and led the first dedicated infrastructure investment research team in the global asset management industry. Serkan started his career as an academic and was a faculty member at the Department of Economics of Brandeis University. Serkan holds a PhD in Economics from Brown University.

Chris Beall is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of NOVA Infrastructure. He has over 20 years of experience in private equity, investment banking and infrastructure operations and engineering. Chris leads NOVA’s execution of infrastructure investments in the target sectors of transportation, environmental services, and energy and serves as Chair of NOVA’s Investment Committee.

Prior to NOVA, Chris was a Managing Director and Co-Portfolio Manager for Oaktree Capital’s Infrastructure Investing strategy, following Oaktree’s acquisition of Highstar Capital in 2014. He was one of four owners and a Partner of Highstar Capital, an infrastructure private equity firm responsible for over $6.3 billion of infrastructure investments. Earlier, Chris worked in Lehman Brothers’ energy investment banking group and as an engineer in the oil and gas industry. Chris currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Passenger Rail Corporation (Amtrak), the largest provider of passenger rail service in the U.S. He also serves on the Boards of Jaguar Transport Holdings, LLC, a short line rail transportation, storage, and logistics platform, and Integrated Waste Solutions Group, a vertically integrated waste platform that he co-founded.

Chris holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.

In her 25 years career, Mar has invested on behalf of Global Institutional Investors and Sponsors in Asia Pacific and Europe and has strong connections with the Infrastructure Financing Market worldwide.

Ralph Berg joined OMERS Infrastructure (previously known as Borealis Infrastructure) in 2013 and is responsible for leading OMERS’ infrastructure activities globally. Ralph has over 25 years of experience in the industry. Prior to joining OMERS Infrastructure, Ralph was a Managing Director and the Head of the European Energy & Power Team at Credit Suisse, where he spent seven years advising clients in M&A, IPO and structured finance transactions. Before that, he worked in the Energy team at Deutsche Bank in New York and London for almost 12 years. He has transaction and advisory experience on infrastructure investments as diverse as power generation, transmission, distribution, oil and gas exploration, production, transport, refining and distribution, as well as water, waste and telecoms. Ralph is also currently on the board of directors of Bruce Power, having previously served on the boards of Caruna, Ellevio and Net4Gas.

Ryan Bisch joined Ontario Power Generation (OPG) in 2015 as director, private markets. Ryan’s role focuses on the portfolio management of the infrastructure and special opportunities portfolios for the $13 billion OPG Pension Fund and the $18 billion Ontario Nuclear Funds. He is responsible for both fund commitments and co-investments.

Ryan was previously the leader of Mercer’s Canadian alternatives practice and North American leader of their infrastructure group.

Frederic Blanc-Brude is the CEO of Scientific Infra, an index provider specialised in the provision of unlisted infrastructure equity and debt market indices and custom benchmarks. Scientific Infra was created to bring $10M and 5 years of R&D at EDHECinfra to infrastructure investors, using the largest database of infrastructure financial data in the world in combination with a unique asset pricing technology to derive mark-to-market prices of highly illiquid assets like infrastructure. Before joining EDHEC, he spent 10 years in the infrastructure finance field with direct involvement in more than USD6bn of transactions. He holds a PhD in Finance (King’s College London) and degrees from the London School of Economics, the Sorbonne, and Sciences Po Paris. He is a regular contributor to the G20 working group on infrastructure investment, represents EDHEC on the Advisory Board of the Global Infrastructure Facility of the World Bank and a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Alternative Investments. Scientific Infra

Scientific Infra is an index provider specialised in the provision of unlisted infrastructure equity and debt market indices and custom benchmarks. Scientific Infra was created to bring $10M and 5 years of R&D at EDHECinfra to infrastructure investors, using the largest database of infrastructure financial data in the world in combination with a unique asset pricing technology to derive mark-to-market prices of highly illiquid assets like infrastructure. We produce quarterly indices of the performance of the global infrastructure asset class as well as 500 sub-indices designed to represent individual TICCS® segments in 25 countries over the past 20 years. Wim Blaasse, DIF’s Managing Partner, joined the group at its inception in 2005 and has been instrumental to DIF’s growth over the last 15 years.

Prior to DIF he was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was responsible for infrastructure/PPP and energy related transactions and, before that, Head of Project Finance at Rabobank International, where Wim was responsible for a global mandate covering among others power and telecom deals. During a 12-year tenure at Rabobank International he held various roles within corporate finance covering a wide range of sectors and global markets.

Wim holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Lennart Blecher joined EQT Partners in April 2007 and is Head of Real Assets, Chairman of Credit and Deputy Managing Partner.

Lennart holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Lund, Sweden and has studied at the University of Dallas, Texas - Academy of US & International Law.

Prior to joining EQT Partners, Lennart was from 2004 to 2007 Managing Director and Senior Banker in the investment bank of Unicredit/HypoVereinsbank in Munich.

From 2002 to 2004, Lennart was Managing Director at GE Commercial Finance in London.
Between 1987 until 2002, he held various position in the ABB Group, in Zurich such as General Counsel for the ABB Financial Services Group, President and Business Area Manager for ABB Structured Finance and ABB Equity Ventures.

Lennart is a member of the EQT Executive Committee and is a Chairman of the Infrastructure Partners Investment Committee and EQT Credit.

Mauricio joined Antin in 2010. Mauricio holds board seats for Fund II’s investments in Roadchef and GSR and for Fund III’s investment Lyntia, and held board seats for Fund I’s investment in ASI, Andasol 1&2 andAxión.

Mauricio has wide-ranging transaction experience and has led all aspects of deal execution, including negotiations with vendors and management teams, debt financings and asset sales. Mauricio also has significant asset management experience, including recruiting management teams, managing carve-out transitions and implementing efficiency programmes

Prior to joining Antin, Mauricio was a Vice President in the transport team at Macquarie Capital in London where he focused on making principal investments in infrastructure assets across Europe. Mauricio started his career at ABN AMRO in London, where he was an Associate within the power & utilities corporate finance team.

Antin Infrastructure Partners

Antin Infrastructure Partners is a leading independent private equity firm focused on infrastructure investments. in 2005, he was a member of the Structured Finance team within the Financing Group. Matteo joined Goldman Sachs in 2001 as an analyst and was named a managing director in 2012.

Matteo serves as a director on the board of CityFibre, a provider of fibre network infrastructure in the UK. Previously, he served on the boards of Atlantia, a global toll road operator, Redexis Gas, a Spanish gas distribution company, and Elenia Lampo, a Finnish district heating provider. Additionally, Matteo is an associate fellow of the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School.

Matteo earned a degree in business administration at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy, in 2001.

John is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Energy Infrastructure. He has over 17 years of direct private equity investing experience, preceded by over 18 years of operations management. Prior to joining Capital Dynamics, John was a managing partner at Bregal Energy, where he led a team exclusively focused on power generation and natural gas-focused investments. Prior to that he spent six years as a partner at CCMP Capital in Tokyo (formerly JP Morgan Partners) where he invested in energy and industrial opportunities. John also served as Chief Operating Officer at Densei Lambda KK, a publicly-traded Japanese corporation with eight factories located around the world and over 4,000 employees. Earlier in his career he led several large divisions of Invensys and Exide Electronics in the US and held positions in engineering, sales and general management at AT&T, and StraforFacom SA. John holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont.

Todd Bright is Head of Partners Group’s Houston office and Head of Private Infrastructure in the Americas. He is a member of the Private Infrastructure Investment Committee. He has 27 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at Denham Capital, Conectiv Energy, Statoil and Enron. Lord Browne was born in 1948. He holds degrees in Natural Sciences from Cambridge and an MS in Business from Stanford.

He joined BP in 1966 as a university apprentice, between 1969 and 1983 had a variety of exploration and production posts in North America and the UK, and in 1984 became Group Treasurer and Chief Executive of BP Finance International. He held senior roles during the BP/Standard and BP/Amoco mergers in 1987 and 1998 and was appointed Group Chief Executive in 1995. He left in 2007.

He is Executive Chairman of L1 Energy and co-Chairman of Wintershall Dea, Europe’s largest independent oil and gas company. He is Chairman of Huawei UK, Stanhope Capital, and the Accenture Global Energy Board. He sits on the boards of Pattern Energy and IHS Markit, and is a member of the advisory boards of Edelman, Schillings and the big data technology companies Afiniti, Kayrros, and Windward.

Lord Browne was voted Most Admired CEO by Management Today every year between 1999 and 2002, was knighted in 1998 and made a life peer in 2001.

He was Chairman of the Trustees of the Tate Galleries from 2009 to 2017. He is currently Chairman of the board of the Donmar Warehouse, Chairman of the Courtauld Institute of Art and a Trustee of the Holocaust Educational Trust. He is a member or Chairman of the boards of a number of other organisations, including the Blavatnik School of Government in Oxford.

He is Chairman of the Francis Crick Institute, a Fellow and past President of the Royal Academy of Engineering, and Chairman of the Queen Elizabeth Prize for Engineering. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society and the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining, and an Honorary Fellow of a number of institutions.

He was the UK Government’s Lead Non-Executive Board Member from 2010 to 2015, and chaired the committee that authored the Browne Report, an independent review of higher education published in 2010.

In 1999, The Royal Academy of Engineering awarded him the Prince Philip Medal for his outstanding contribution to engineering. He has also been awarded Honorary Doctorates from a number of leading universities, is an Honorary Fellow of John’s, Cambridge, and is a Senior Member of St Antony’s College, Oxford.

His interests are 16th- to 18th-century illustrated Italian books; pre-Colombian art; contemporary art; music; opera and the theatre; and Venice.

Gwenola Chambon founded and leads Mirova’s general infrastructure platform and is responsible for managing both its investment activities, including origination, execution and asset management as well as its capital raising activities. Throughout her 22 year career, Gwenola has developed an extensive knowledge of European infrastructure and has deep experience of both financing and investing in infrastructure assets. Prior to joining Mirova, Gwenola was head of European infrastructure at CFIG, and prior to that she was a senior member of the project finance team at BNP Paribas.

Wymen Chan is Managing Director of SUSI Partner’s Asia Investment Team and has overseen the launch of an investment strategy dedicated to the energy transition in Southeast Asia since September 2018. He has extensive equity investment experience in the renewable and clean-tech energy sector with a focus on Asian markets. Before joining SUSI Partners, Wymen worked for Armstrong Asset Management, where he was a senior member of the investment team. Prior to that, he was a director at Maybank MEACP, a fund focussed on renewable energy investments across Asia.

Prior to OTPP, Mr. Claerhout worked at Edgestone Capital, Pacific Equity Partners, and Bain Capital. Guillaume has an eight year track record in infrastructure investment at EDF, following thirteen years in M&A – mainly at Rothschild. Most recently, Guillaume was Head of EDF’s investment arm in infrastructure, real estate and private equity, which he founded in 2013; and where he managed an investment portfolio of €5.4bn, 80% of which is in invested in transport and energy infrastructure assets across Europe including in France, UK and Germany.

Renaud de Matharel is Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Cube Infrastructure Managers (“Cube IM”), and has 30 years of infrastructure project management and investment experience. Since establishing Cube IM in 2005, the management company has successfully grown and has as of today raised €2.3 billion €1.6 billion assets under management through three European infrastructure funds - Cube Infrastructure Fund which is fully invested and already partly divested, Cube Infrastructure Fund II which is completing its fundraising and already partly invested and the Connecting Europe Broadband Fund which is also in fundraising and being invested.

From 1997 to 2005, Renaud was with Vinci Concessions, where he held executive positions as General Manager of Vinci Airport Management and Deputy General Manager of SGE Concessions. He developed, financed and managed large road and airport concession projects in Europe, America and Asia, and represented Vinci on the board of directors of project companies.

He joined Vinci from BNP Paribas, where he worked for 10 years, notably as Head of Project Finance in Milan and London. He advised and led arranged, non-recourse financings for leading American and European independent power producers building and operating gas generation and integrated gas and combined cycle power plants, as well as energy-from-waste plants.

Mr. de Matharel is a graduate of l’Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales du Nord (EDHEC) and has a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Paris II and an MBA from Hartford University (USA).

Cube Infrastructure Managers

Cube Infrastructure Managers is an independent Luxembourgian management company focusing on investments in the European infrastructure space. The Manager is constituted by a close-knit manager team with broad industrial and managerial experience, and with a highly international profile. Jerry joined BCI in 2004 and is responsible for sourcing, executing and managing private direct investments in infrastructure with a focus on utilities, transportation and energy. Jerry has over 25 years’ experience in finance and holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia, a B.Sc. Irina Frolova joined PGGM in 2014 and currently oversees asset management of the EUR 7.5bn infrastructure investments portfolio as well as the (board) governance of the portfolio companies in which PGGM is an influential investor.
She is a member of PGGM infrastructure investment committee and serves as non-executive director of the Boards of GlobalVia, global road & rail concession owner and operator, and UPP, leading UK on-campus student accommodation business.

Marc C. Ganzi is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Digital Bridge Holdings, a leading global investor and owner of mobile and internet infrastructure. He is also a Managing Partner and Investment Committee member at Digital Colony. Prior to Digital Bridge, Mr. Ganzi was the sole founder and CEO of Global Tower Partners (“GTP”), which grew from its inception in 2003 to become one of the largest privately-owned tower companies in the U.S. at the time of its sale to American Tower Corporation in 2013 for $4.8 billion. Prior to the formation of GTP, Mr. Ganzi worked as a consulting partner for DB Capital Partners in New York City from 2000 to 2002 where he was tasked with overseeing the institution’s investments in the Latin American tower sector. Mr. Ganzi served a tenure for the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Foreign Commercial Service Department as an assistant Commercial Attaché in Madrid, Spain in 1990. In addition, Mr. Ganzi served as a Presidential Intern in the White House for the Bush administration in the Office of Special Activities and Initiatives for the Honorable Stephen M. Studdert in 1989. Mr. Ganzi received a BS from the Wharton School of Business in 1993.

David Giordano, Managing Director, Global Head - Renewable Power. Mr. Giordano leads the investment strategy and organizational management of the Renewable Power team. He has lead the investment strategies across the Americas and APAC since the launch of the Renewable Power platform in 2011. The Renewable Power Group has over $5 billion of equity assets under management and over 250 renewable power projects with over 100 investors in four funds. The team includes 31 investment professionals and has invested across ten countries and four continents.

Mr. Giordano has more than 20 years of investment experience. Previously, he was one of the original members of Babcock & Brown's North American infrastructure team where he closed $4 billion of renewable transactions and on the North American Infrastructure Fund Investment Committee. Mr. Giordano's extensive energy industry experience includes his work at FPL Energy (now NextEra) where he developed and acquired operating and development power assets and played a key role in the first non-registered 144A bond offering for a portfolio of wind assets.

Mr. Giordano is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE) Board of Directors, and he serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the American Wind Energy Association (AWEA).

Recep is a Senior Managing Director at John Hancock (Manulife) overseeing the Infrastructure Investments Group and serves as a Portfolio Manager for the $2 billion John Hancock infrastructure Fund. Prior to joining John Hancock in 2007, Recep worked for Enel North America acquiring and developing renewable energy projects in the U.S. and Canada and also took an international assignment for privatization bids in Poland and France. Prior to Enel, Recep was employed by InterGen where he worked on development and financing of 3,000 MW of thermal plants in the US. He is based in London, UK, and responsible for sourcing investments in Europe, negotiating partnerships and acquisitions, as well as for supporting investor relations initiatives with European clients. Andreas has over 25 years of experience in infrastructure. Prior to joining CBRE Caledon, he was most recently Co-Head of Infrastructure Europe for GIC in London, and before that, Managing Director, Infrastructure EMEA, for CPPIB. He led investments in gas transport, renewables, oil storage, telecoms and Italian core infrastructure assets. Andreas also sat on the boards of Wales & West Utilities, Anglian Water and Budapest Airport. Earlier in his career, Andreas worked as a merchant banker for Schroders and Citi, providing M&A and capital markets advice to clients in the infrastructure and utilities sectors. In addition, he held positions as a principal investor at Siemens in Germany and Hong Kong, and as a project finance banker for KfW in Frankfurt. Thomas Lefebvre is a Managing Director of I Squared Capital, responsible for the Firm’s infrastructure strategy in North America.

Since joining I Squared Capital as a founding member in 2012, Thomas has overseen the acquisition, development and transformational strategies of eight platforms and companies spanning the power and utilities, oil and gas, and transportation and logistics sectors across the Americas. He has also led the successful divestment of various assets, notably Lincoln Clean Energy, Cube Hydro and Kendall Green Energy.

Formerly, Thomas was a portfolio manager for the Americas at Morgan Stanley Infrastructure, the global platform for infrastructure investments at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, which managed a $4 billion infrastructure investment fund. Based in New York, Thomas led the fund’s investment activities in the power, utilities, and oil and gas sectors across the Americas, and was involved in five transactions, totaling more than $2 billion in enterprise value.

Before joining MSI, Thomas was a New York-based member of Morgan Stanley Principal Investments, the bank’s proprietary tactical operations fund, where he focused on investing and asset management activities in the power, utilities, and commodities sectors. Earlier in his career, Thomas worked out of London and Paris at Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division covering industrials, telecoms, and aerospace and defense.

Throughout his 17-year financial career, Thomas has invested in, advised on, or financed over 25 transactions, with a total enterprise value in excess of $26 billion across North America, Latin America and Europe.

Prior to starting his financial career, Thomas was the CEO and cofounder of Natika SARL, a Paris-based software engineering company. Thomas also served as a sub-lieutenant in the French Navy Commandos, based in Toulon, France. Thomas holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an M.Sc. in Engineering from École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications in Paris, and an M.Sc. in Engineering from École Polytechnique in Paris.

Thomas lives in Miami with his wife and their four children. He is fluent in English and French, and conversational in German and Spanish.

Mr. Mackenzie is Head of Infrastructure, based in London. He is responsible for overseeing DWS’s investment activity in infrastructure debt and equity globally. Hamish joined the team from Deutsche Bank's corporate and investment banking division where he was a specialist in the transport sector. Prior to that he worked as an M&A banker at HSBC.

Hamish was responsible for establishing the European Infrastructure equity business in 2005 as well as directing the investment activity from its inception. This includes the flagship funds Pan European Infrastructure Fund (PEIF) and PEIF II, together representing in excess of €4 billion. The funds have successfully invested in a wide variety of transportation, energy and utility companies across Europe. Hamish has represented DWS on the boards of Peel Ports, Yorkshire Water, Tank & Rast, Autovia del Camino and Venice Airport. Hamish qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte & Touche.

Mr. Manser is a board member of German TSO Amprion and Cellnex Switzerland. He holds a master’s degree in physics from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETHZ) and is a CFA charterholder.

NTR

NTR acquires, constructs and operates onshore wind and solar assets across Western Europe on behalf of itself and institutional investors through regulated funds. With over 500MW of wind and solar assets currently under management, NTR is currently in the fundraising and investment period of its second fund, NTR REIF II €500m. Founded in 1978, NTR concentrates on renewable energy investments and since 1999, through its associated companies, the company has constructed and operated 2GW of wind projects and over 620MW of solar across the US, UK and Ireland.

Mr. Metcalfe is Head of Global Investments at Alinda, and a member of the Investment Committees of Funds I, Fund II and Fund III.

He has over 20 years of infrastructure experience and has spent his entire career in the infrastructure sector. He has global experience in acquisitions, divestitures and formation of joint ventures across regulated electric, gas and water utilities, conventional fuel power generation facilities (gas, coal and nuclear), renewable energy businesses (wind, solar and geothermal), electric transmission lines, gas pipelines, LNG operations, retail energy supply companies and port operations. He has advised on over 50 publicly announced acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures totaling over $85 billion of value.

Prior to joining Alinda in 2011, Mr. Metcalfe was Managing Director and Global Head of the Power and Utilities Group in the Investment Banking Division at UBS Securities LLC (“UBS”) from 2007 to 2011. He also held senior positions at Lehman Brothers Inc. and JP Morgan Securities.

He received a B.S. degree from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, and a Masters of
Management degree from J.L. Kellogg School Illinois.

Declan O'Brien is a Senior Infrastructure Analyst in the Research & Strategy team, which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets (REPM) within UBS Asset Management (UBS-AM).

Declan joined UBS-AM in October 2017. He is primarily responsible for providing quantitative and qualitative cross-regional analysis of infrastructure investment markets to assist with portfolio allocation and to find attractive new markets and sectors for investment by UBS-AM's funds. Declan is also a voting member on all of UBS-AM's direct infrastructure committees.

Before joining UBS, Declan worked at Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) (2015–2017), where he was responsible for LGIM’s research and strategy in the infrastructure sector.

Previous roles included Assistant Vice President – Infrastructure with Moody's Investors Services in London and Madrid (2009–2015), where he covered credits across the energy, transportation and telecommunications sectors; and at KBC Bank N.V. in Dublin and Sydney (2004–2008), where he structured and originated project finance transactions.

Alina Osorio has been a key player in the infrastructure sector for more than two decades. Before joining Fiera Infrastructure, she was CEO of Aquila Infrastructure, where she oversaw the creation of the firm. Prior to that, she was CEO of the Macquarie Essential Assets Partnership (“MEAP”), North America’s first unlisted infrastructure fund. Under her leadership, MEAP pursued and assessed numerous opportunities, completed five acquisitions and one divestment. Alina went on to lead the infrastructure program at OPTrust, with a capital allocation of $2.5 billion. Boe Pahari, Global Head of Infrastructure Equity, Managing Partner, joined AMP Capital in March 2010 and is responsible for leading AMP Capital’s global infrastructure equity activities. Mr Pahari has over 20 years of experience in the industry having started his career at Citigroup in Sydney and subsequently worked for more than 13 years with ABN AMRO based in Singapore, Amsterdam, New York and London. Manish Pandey joined Access in February 2013. He has 23 years of professional experience, including 9 years in infrastructure investing and 5 years in energy and infrastructure M&A. Charles Regan joined Ostrum AM Hong Kong Limited as Managing Director & Head of APAC Infrastructure Real Assets Private Debt in February 2019. Previously, Mr. Regan was co-founder and Managing Director of Windward Capital Asia Inc. Starwood Capital

Michael has 24 years of infrastructure experience. Prior to Dalmore, Michael spent five years as

Michael was a Director of KPMG’s PFI advisory unit, where he worked with a range of public and
private clients. Michael began his career in 1989 with KPMG, where he undertook a variety of roles in turnaround, consulting and corporate finance. In 1995, he was seconded to a project lending team at HSBC to help develop their infrastructure lending.

Dalmore Capital

With 25 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, Mr. Samson is a seasoned investment professional with deep industry knowledge and expertise in private investing, transaction structuring, execution and asset management. Following 12 years of consulting work, he joined PSP Investments in 2006 and was instrumental in building a high-quality portfolio of infrastructure investments in the energy and transportation spaces. Mr. Samson has strong leadership skills, overseeing a team of 45 professionals across Montréal, London and Hong Kong, and a portfolio of over C$20 billion invested globally across energy-related assets (renewable power generation and energy transmission), transportation-related assets (airports, toll roads, rail-related infrastructure and ports), and telecom infrastructure. Mr. Samson also has senior leadership responsibilities across PSP Investments related talent management and investments.

PSP Investments

The Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments) is one of Canada's largest pension investment managers with C$168 billion of net assets under management as of March 31, 2019. Oliver joined the business in 2012 and has over two decades of relevant experience. Based in London, Oliver leads Equity transaction origination and execution and the development of relationships with potential partners. Harry is Co-Head of Infrastructure business and has the day-to-day responsibility for leading the InfraRed team in relation to HICL. Harry returned to London in July 2015, almost seven years after relocating to New York to head the team responsible for originating new infrastructure investments in North America.

While in New York, Harry led InfraRed’s business development activities in North America and InfraRed’s participation in public-private partnerships procurements in Canada and the USA. He originated investment opportunities and led the team that won a number of social infrastructure and transportation investments in the USA and Canada.

On joining in 1998, Harry was initially a member of the project finance advisory team and then transferred to HSBC's structured capital markets team for a period of two years, with responsibility for originating and structuring financings for public-private partnerships, returning to InfraRed in 2004. Harry has over 15 years’ experience working on infrastructure financings from advisory, debt and equity perspectives.

Harry holds a BA in Modern History from the University of Oxford and a Masters in Philosophy in European Studies from the University of Cambridge.

Frank Segger joined KGAL in 2019 as an Aviation Portfolio Manager and has over 25 years’ experience in infrastructure, project finance and asset-backed financing. During this time, he has managed real assets throughout the realms of origination, project execution and portfolio management.

Before joining KGAL, Frank was Head of Infrastructure and Asset Finance at FMS and was responsible for a Portfolio of EUR 18 billion of infrastructure assets. Prior to FMS, Frank held senior positions in aviation financing and portfolio management for, among others, BayernLB and HypoVereinsbank (now Unicredit Group).

Gregory has acted as a director or observer/advisor to the boards for several reporting issuers and currently serves on the advisory boards of the Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships and Lighthouse Equity Partners. Active in the private equity and venture capital sector since 1994, Gregory previously served for a number of years on the board of Canada’s Venture Capital & Private Equity Association, including as chair and president.

In that role, he is responsible for fund investing, direct and co-investment deal underwriting, and executing project finance transactions.
