Chris Adams is Global Head of Sales for Alternative Funds Servicing at Brown Brothers Harriman. In this capacity he is responsible for driving forward the firm’s commercial strategy and growth in the development of its alternative funds business. He is also a member of the Authorized Management of Brown Brothers Harriman (Luxembourg) S.C.A., a Luxembourg regulated Credit Institution. Prior to joining BBH, Chris worked in a variety of senior business development, product, and operations roles at BNP Paribas and Citigroup, most recently spending two years as Chief Operations Officer at Citi Luxembourg.

As a member of TPG’s ESG team, Alison Humphrey works to develop and amplify sustainability and social impact efforts across portfolio companies to ensure positive, real-world results for investors, companies, and communities. Alison has a 10-year track record of catalyzing tangible impact for established brands, start-ups, cities, and celebrities across 20 countries and multiple sectors. Prior to joining TPG, Alison led consulting firm Effect Partners as the Chief Impact Officer, working with game-changers like U2, Apple, UPS, Live Nation, Clif Bar, and musician Jack Johnson to give big ideas traction and leverage pop culture to effect large-scale social and environmental impact. In addition to spearheading consumer research and reporting initiatives, Alison advised on client impact investment portfolios in excess of $50MM. Before Effect Partners, Alison joined Bank of America as the Assistant Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility to launch and grow the Bank’s new impact and sustainability programs for emerging markets, including clean energy projects and green bonds. While studying public relations and international peacekeeping at Marquette University, Ali conducted and published research on the social and environmental impacts of copper mining in Andean mining communities of Peru and organized a new collaborative network of NGOs and corporate and community leaders to develop standardized impact metrics. After graduating Summa Cum Laude, Alison worked as a consultant, providing impact strategy for McDonalds and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Chris Allman is a Managing Director in the Capital Markets – Debt Group. Prior to joining CIM in 2013, Mr. Allman was a Vice President at Thayer Lodging Group/Brookfield Hotels, Vice President in Capmark’s Hospitality Industry Division and an Investment Performance Analyst at Cambridge Associates. He earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Environmental Science from Virginia Tech and a Master of Business Administration degree from S.C. Johnson School of Business at Cornell University.

Christine Anderson is Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Public Affairs and Marketing. She oversees Blackstone's public relations, branding, marketing and internal communications functions and advises on government affairs. She serves as the primary spokesperson for the firm, advising Blackstone’s senior leaders and business groups, as well as companies across Blackstone’s portfolio.

Before joining Blackstone in 2009, Ms. Anderson served as Communications Director and Director of Marketing to the former Governor of New York as well as Communications Director on the 2006 gubernatorial campaign. Before working in state government, Ms. Anderson was an Associate Director of Corporate Communications at UBS AG supporting U.S. media relations and serving as a spokesperson for the company’s Wealth Management division. During the 2004 U.S. Presidential election cycle, she served as a Deputy Press Secretary on the Kerry-Edwards campaign. Ms. Anderson also previously worked as an Account Director at the public relations firm Brunswick and as a Segment Producer for ABC News' “Good Morning America” after starting her career in the Press Office of the Clinton White House.

Ms. Anderson received a BA from The College of the Holy Cross, and serves on the board of the Blackstone Charitable Foundation, as well as on the Board of Trustees for Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory.

Christian Aufsatz heads up the European Structured Finance and Covered Bonds ratings teams at DBRS. Until end-2018, he had the direct responsibility for European CMBS and NPL transactions as the team leader for both asset classes.

He joined DBRS in October 2015 and was previously the head of the European ABS Research team at Barclays Bank where he covered the European CMBS and SME CLO sectors, in addition to general European securitisation and regulatory topics.

Until September 2010 Christian was with Moody’s, where he headed up the EMEA CMBS team. During his time with Moody's, he was involved in the development and implementation of Moody's rating methodologies for RMBS, CMBS, CRE CDO and NPL securitisations.

Christian Aufsatz graduated from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, in 2002 and is a CFA charterholder.

Chris Beall is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of NOVA Infrastructure. He has over 20 years of experience in private equity, investment banking and infrastructure operations and engineering. Chris leads NOVA’s execution of infrastructure investments in the target sectors of transportation, environmental services, and energy and serves as Chair of NOVA’s Investment Committee.

Prior to NOVA, Chris was a Managing Director and Co-Portfolio Manager for Oaktree Capital’s Infrastructure Investing strategy, following Oaktree’s acquisition of Highstar Capital in 2014. He was one of four owners and a Partner of Highstar Capital, an infrastructure private equity firm responsible for over $6.3 billion of infrastructure investments. Earlier, Chris worked in Lehman Brothers’ energy investment banking group and as an engineer in the oil and gas industry. Chris currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Passenger Rail Corporation (Amtrak), the largest provider of passenger rail service in the U.S. He also serves on the Boards of Jaguar Transport Holdings, LLC, a short line rail transportation, storage, and logistics platform, and Integrated Waste Solutions Group, a vertically integrated waste platform that he co-founded.

Chris holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
